Scope Of Work
The Blythewood location of Thermal Technologies consists of 41,000 SF of manufacturing, fabrication, and warehouse space, including offices and a large lobby, as well as break and restroom areas.
The loading dock consisted of two bays, with a separate expansive overhead door for additional drive up use. Extensive sitework was also included, on the 8-acre building parcel, to maximize the most effective logistics usage.
This tilt-up construction facility includes 2000 amp electrical service, as well as a 5 ton crane. Expansion office space was also built into the project scope, to accommodate future expansion.
