Scope Of Work

This Design/Build project is an attractive landmark addition to the Forest Acres retail arena. The structure consists of two stories with a masonry and stucco veneer exterior.
The first floor features two separate retail spaces, for Talbots and Talbots Petites, while the second serves as a professional training center for the building owner, First Citizens Bank.

The rear entrance of the building was designed at a lower grade, equipped with a private elevator, for use by First Citizens second floor employees. Extensive sitework was required, due to high water tables from an adjacent creek bed. The structural requirements included piles and other supporting elements.
