Scope Of Work

This Fast-Track renovation had a 119 day strict timeline and included a complete modernization of Northeast Presbyterian’s sanctuary. Scope included all new energy-efficient HVAC system, a new state-of-the-art A/V/L system with LED display, an enlarged pulpit and choir loft, refurbished pews, all new carpeting and paint throughout, an LED lighting system, restroom facility upgrades, and a new ceiling to accommodate and mask the lighting system.

Throughout the Pre-Construction phase, our Pre-Con team worked extensively with lighting and sound consultants to customize and enhance the audience experience within the existing structure. Because this was an active church, with a Mother’s Morning Out and a full congregation with previously-scheduled activities, it was imperative to not only safely control the site, but also remain on the tight schedule.
