Scope Of Work

 Construction was pleased to produce this SC Technical College project consisting of sitework management for a master planned 16-acre campus, along with construction of a 50,000 SF state-of-the-art education and training facility.

This beautifully designed building included a 3-story atrium with glass elevator, Executive Board Room, numerous classroom, video training arenas, offices, breakrooms and various common areas. The complex exterior facade included multiple finish products, bringing together intricate masonry with glass and metal design elements.

In addition, a Siemens Manufacturing automated lab center was included in the build-out ó providing an on-site workforce development training arena.
