Scope Of Work
This long awaited project for Regional Medical Center, ushers in a 8,500 SF expansion to the Mabry Cancer Treatment Center, along with a 10,300 SF renovation to existing space. The exterior facade consists of masonry, curtain wall and metal panel additions with new roofing, while the interior design incorporates new chemotherapy suites, laboratories, and staff offices, along with the installation of a new linear accelerator vault.
The construction scope also includes coordination of the Linear Accelerator installation, with owner-provided equipment vendor, Varian Medical Systems. Extensive site work and landscaping were conducted throughout the property, including relocation of the access road and a parking lot expansion.
