Scope Of Work

Lexington Medical Park – Otarre Pointe is a medical office complex located strategically in Cayce’s 12th Street Extension near I-77. The 70,000 SF, two story structure houses Lexington Family Practice, which employs 64 full-time employees, house X-Ray equipment, have space for laboratory services, as well as an Occupational Health practice.

The construction includes steel structuring components as well as precast concrete facade to add architectural interest to entrance areas. The project is designed to LEED Silver certification and care was taken to maintain as much of the natural landscape around the new clinic as possible with minimized asphalt areas and conservation of existing trees.
