Scope Of Work
Construction was selected as the Construction Management at Risk partner for this new 12-acre industrial campus. The project scope provides for construction of 25,000 SF of office and warehouse space, with truck turn-around logistics, and a full loading dock with three service bays.
A 22,000 SF, 3-story, production tower is also included. The tower elements required specialized interior concrete and steel components, designed for reaction resistance to base chemicals used in ongoing product production. Tank containment areas were constructed throughout the site, along with complete roadways and a railroad spur extension.
