Scope Of Work

This Fast-Track Project had a highly sensitive timetable, with a no-excuses, 2 Phase delivery. The 38,000 SF construction project consists of the retrofit of an existing pre-engineered structure into a new gymnasium and full service dining facility, as well as the ground-up construction of a new classroom building. The enhanced learning and activity spaces provide a significant improvement to Gray’s capabilities – allowing expansion and growth of targeted educational programs. Gray Academy is a single-story structure, constructed under a very aggressive timeline, with front portico, staggered front elevation, ample windows, and hardcoat exterior with accent detail along the bottom third of the wall.  Construction served as a collaborative team leader, successfully navigating challenges, while ensuring on-time delivery within targeted budget objectives.
