Scope Of Work

 Construction has completed three all new locations for Goodwill Industries of the Upstate/Midlands SC. This includes their Midlands headquarters in West Columbia, which serves as the Midlands Hub, housing a Job Connections Training Center, retail store and distribution/warehouse center. The building exterior consists of masonry veneer, with metal panel and stucco accents. Multiple interior areas provided for private offices, a conference room, full break room, restrooms, dressing rooms, a retail floor w/POS area, a covered drive-up donations lane, job training areas, spacious service counters, redistribution warehouse space and a six-bay loading dock. The project scope also included a full 4 acres of sitework, with segmental retaining walls and a masonry privacy fence in the rear.

The Greenville and Lexington locations feature spacious retail floors, complimented with ample natural lighting, while the separate Job Connection areas include a conference table, multiple computer stations, and a training room that can be partitioned with a temporary accordion wall if necessary. In the rear of the buildings, a three-bay loading dock was included, as well as inventory sorting space.
