Scope Of Work

This 6,000 SF interior upfit completely transformed one floor of an existing three-story office building in Northeast Columbia. The new office features a generous open lobby with ample natural light, a spacious breakroom, an open work space featuring cubicles with coordinating furniture, a conference room, and other meeting and work spaces. As other floors of the building were occupied during construction,  took special care to not disrupt adjacent spaces and keep noise and dust to a minimum.

To emphasize the open and light feel, soffits with recessed lighting and accents of the company’s green and blue colors were added throughout. Designer carpeting with select areas of LVT inlay were also included to enhance the overall look and feel of the space.

 Construction has also completed various other up-fits at GIS’ home office, as well as an additional floor within this same office building, which offer the same look, feel, and functionality.
