Scope Of Work
Construction served as the Construction Manager for this project, which consisted of a beautifully detailed and state-of-the-art, four-building office complex with tenant and office-condo space. Buildings ranged from the smallest of 5,000 SF, to the largest two-story structure of 25,000 SF.
This expansive campus was built in a highly restrictive, nature enhanced, corporate office development, and subject to various design and building compliance restrictions.
