Scope Of Work
The TBD Mina Group restaurant project consists of seismic upgrades, shell and tenant improvements to an existing two story (restaurant). This waterfront building, approximately 9,000 square feet, will include a new full service kitchen, indoor & outdoor dining spaces, patio decks and three bars.
