Scope Of Work

Project Profile: The $295 million project is designed as a campus setting that consolidates the Port’s administration and maintenance functions on a single campus, along with public open space amenities. The Administration Building and Maintenance Facility is on approximately 17 acres with 11 stories and 250,000-square-foot total area. The campus includes a central plant, 470 above grade parking spaces, and an Administration Building tower, parking structure, and boardroom wing located above the maintenance building.

Kelar Pacific Role:  Modify the structural model based on the project schedule and apply the Primavera activities to each structural model element in Navisworks® Timeliner which identifies scheduling conflicts or missing activities. Maintain and update the schedule with new activity information for construction sequencing and coordination.
