Scope Of Work

Project profile: Dart Neuroscience was a retrofit/Tennant improvement project with the goal of changing the function of the existing office building into a world-class research facility in 188,000-square-foot includes 25,000-square-foot Vivarium Labs, 65,000-square-foot Biology Labs, 45,000-square-foot Chemistry Labs, 53,000-square-foot. General R&D Admin, etc. McFarlane Architects was architect and Wieland-Davco Corp was the project GC. 

Kelar Pacific Role: Prepare complete light gauge framing model/drawings based on architectural/structural construction drawings (CD) for interior walls, soffit and ceilings. Coordinate with all disciplines through GC and mechanical contractor, Pacific Rim Mechanical. Lead the 3D coordination and modify model documents based on the clash reports and specific requirement by each disciplines (MEP).
