Scope Of Work

Project Profile: The Health Care Facility Improvement Project is $15 Million for CIM and $12 Million for CIW.  The project proponent, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), is renovating and making additions to the existing health care facilities, the construction of small new facilities, and associated infrastructure improvements, all within the developed area of CIM. Specifically, the project includes construction of three new primary care clinics and a new health care administration building, totaling approximately 18,000-square-foot of new building space. The project also includes approximately 20,000-square-foot of interior renovations and approximately 8,000-square-foot of additions for medication distribution rooms, pharmacy, central health services, and other necessary health care improvements.

Kelar Pacific Role:  Prepare 3D background models in LOD 300, manage coordination files and models, manage coordination meeting, clashes provide action reports, point cloud scanning and created existing condition Model, delivered the LOD-500 model based on the as build provided by sub-contractors.
