Completed three stores on budget and on time, including complete demolition and rebuild
Interior rebuild included: new walls/partitions, flooring, glazing, storefronts, plumbing, electrical (updates for efficiency protocols) and mechanical systems
Exterior renovation consists of: removal of sidewalks and reinstall to meet ADA requirements; upgrading existing parking lot
