Scope Of Work
New 30,000 SF addition to an existing 14,000 SF Clinic Facility for Family Health, Inc., includes clinic space for 16 physicians, a behavioral health clinic, lab, pharmacy, support space and provisions for an imaging suite. Numerous water & energy conservation savings features have been provided in the facility. The heating & cooling is provided by a geothermal system. The facility takes advantage of its orientation for natural light levels appropriate to the seasonal changes.
