Scope Of Work
This 32,578 sf design-build dealership is shared by the Hyundai and Dodge/Chrysler brands and utilizes a Butler Manufacturing hybrid building design that includes both a pre-engineered metal building and conventional steel construction. The facility’s exterior includes insulated metal panels for energy efficiency as well as the latest Hyundai Element designed by Virginia-based Architectural Graphics, Inc. The interior includes offices, a two-story showroom, full service area with service drive, and parts department.
