Scope Of Work
The distinctive 8,000 SF wood framed and cedar shingled corporate office building includes such unique design elements as eyebrow dormers with windows, a rotunda, cupola and a 27 foot long, three-dimensional, wave inspired reception area wall that perfectly ties the new headquarters for the Bean Group to its seacoast location.
The sophisticated interior features gas-fired fireplaces in both the reception area and executive office. Stylish trim lines the corridors, with full length glass windows framing the cherry doors of offices and conference rooms. The collaborative meeting spaces are set beneath high ceilings, bringing the architectural intent of the design to life and giving the space an airy and open feeling. The new headquarters is quite the attention grabbing office building, inside and out.
