Scope Of Work
The 24,500 SF renovation and addition project includes a 7,000 SF structural steel addition that will house a new service drive and three additional service bays. The existing interior was completely remodeled to comply with Subaru or America’s latest image upgrade requirements, including all new flooring, millwork and paint, and new restrooms. Exterior renovations include new composite metal panel siding and new stone veneer at the iconic Subaru tower.
