Scope Of Work

W. E. Bowman Construction, Inc. completed a renovation to a senior living facility, which included 1st and 2nd floor renovations to their existing assisted living facility, along with a small addition, which houses an outdoor, second floor terrace. The project consisted of building new activity and dining areas, open lounge areas, a serving kitchen, and new finishes to existing corridors. Corridors received new chair rails, handrails, and wood base. Finishes included paint, wallcoverings, FRP and tile walls, tile, carpet, LVT, and epoxy floorings, and a shiplap wood wall for a TV mount. Cabinetry included office countertops and cabinets, common area cubbies, and a pantry area for housing residential appliances. Renovations to the Assisted Living area were added after construction was underway and included a new metal panel ceiling system, new light fixtures and chandeliers, and a faux-wood beam perimeter accent.
