VJS built the original 200,000 square foot facility which included a retirement community, assisted living skilled care on one campus.
Phase I was 236,000 square feet Phase II was a 147,000 square foot addition.
The skilled nursing facility resident rooms bathrooms were renovated remodeled
Numerous conversions from shared to single rooms as well as corridor finishing upgrades all MEP systems finishes as required were also performed
Planning phasing to minimize disruptions of the occupied resident rooms
