Scope Of Work
We transformed an outdated existing warehouse/office space into a modern, well laid out workspace. A leaky roof required replacement, the entire HVAC system was upgraded, the flow of entry was addressed for employees and for customers. The company sells helicopter parts to militaries around the world so building needed space to deal with customers, a space for the sales force, a space for the office employees and of course a well-organized storage/shipping area. We created a circle system within the building. Entrance lobby with a conference room for meeting clients. The sales office down the hall. Next between the sales office and shipping was the office where everything is processed, From there requests go to shipping desk which was located directly behind the office and in the middle of storage and shipping & receiving. This project won Double D Contractors a Regional Contractor of the Year award for a commercial remodel. This made or client extremely happy and promised we would be called in the future when they are ready to extend the size of the building.
