Scope Of Work
New South constructed the Georgia Municipal Association’s new downtown Atlanta headquarters which features a four-story, 27,000-square-foot building and a five-story, 146-space parking deck. The new building brings the association much needed additional office space that connects to the new parking deck on three floors. The first floor of building features a conference room large enough to accommodate GMA Board meetings and other functions with a capacity of up to 140 people. The fourth floor features a rooftop terrace which holds up to 200 people for special events.
Additionally, project scope included the renovation of GMA’s existing 24,000-square-foot office space and a landscaped courtyard connecting the two buildings.
