Scope Of Work
18,000 SF
4 Story existing residential/commercial preserved historical building was remodeled. The exterior of the building had sustained a lot of damage during the riots which caused a lot of granite stones to explode. The exterior remodeling and restoration included repair to the granite columns, painting, store front glazing, new windows & doors, bird repellent was also added. First floor which was an 18,000 SF existing furniture store was completely remodeled to house WSS shoe store.
