Scope Of Work

Hamann Construction work on the Capitol Civic Centre’s Act Two Renovation Project - Hamann worked with architects to maintain the Capitol’s historic venue while planning construction to modernize the facility. Projects include enlargement of the existing lobby, addition of expansive second floor suite of restrooms, construction of beverage service areas on the first  second floors, creation of a staircase  elevator for more convenient second floor access, improvements to infrastructure, theatre ambiance  safety upgrades, installation of all new, wider  more comfortable theatre seating,  creation of a connecting corridor from the second floor lobby to the mezzanine.
