Scope Of Work

Description of Project: Subdivide approx. 20,000 sq. ft. of space within Westland Mall to create a space for a new Forever 21 retail store at this location. Work included demolition of existing retail space including concrete stairway, installation of a new fire escape stairway from the second floor in a new location, buildout of a new Mall entrance and a new exterior entrance, providing new water, sewer and electrical services, reworking the HVAC system including installation of new roof top units. The scope also required total renovations of the adjacent retail space to accommodate the new Forever 21 space.
