Scope Of Work
This 8,000 SF medical office building is a dialysis center consisting of an office, clinic, treatment center, training area, and administrative space. Sitework included asphalt paving, site utilities (water, sewer, storm, fire protection and electrical) and landscaping for this building and two (2) future buildings. It was a pre-engineered structural system with straight columns; pre-engineered standing seam roof system; structural metal stud and sheathing exterior perimeter walls; aluminum storefront windows and sliding entry doors with impact resistant glass; installed energy system, installed acoustical design.
