Scope Of Work

As  International Praise Church  God continued to grow at a considerable rate, they recognized the need to implement Phase I  their 40-acre master plan to provide additional necessary space. The church selected Mashburn  to build an addition to their existing . This new 25,000 square foot worship center gives  congregation a new sanctuary with riser seating, as well as hospitality , a spacious foyer, newly expanded nursery, choir and dance practice flex spaces, and administrative offices.  church’s original sanctuary will provide space for their rapidly growing youth ministries.

This  utilized  combination  three pre-engineered  structures with conventional wood  cold formed steel framing methods to achieve  contemporary design.  heavy steel steeple framing  foundation were unique design features that were critical to  success   .

During , Mashburn provided   , reducing  budget by approximately $126,000. Our  developed an early  package that enabled us to    pad while tripling parking capacity to support  growing church’s need for spaces. We also coordinated with  's audio  visual contractor throughout  's completion.
