Scope Of Work

 new Athletic Training  at Coastal Carolina University was constructed in response to  school’s growing athletic program  to help with  recruiting process. This 62,000 SF,  Gold  was constructed adjacent to  football stadium  includes an expanded weight room, training room,  meeting rooms, locker rooms, offices for all football coaches  ,  several conference rooms.

 three-story  also became  new home for  Coastal Carolina University Buddy Sasser Athletic Hall  Fame. This  consisted  steel  masonry   a new curtain wall exterior, which gave   a shimmering façade. It also included    two public restroom buildings to accommodate  crowds at football events. Due to poor soil conditions, concrete piles were used for  foundation.  aggressive  continued throughout  ‘09 football season,  it was critical to keep this challenging phase    on  to achieve  delivery date. Because  took place while classes were  session, a multi-faceted    strict  standards were utilized to maximize efficiency and   minimize disruption.
