Scope Of Work
The first Books-A-Million store to open in Kansas is located at The Legends in Kansas City, Kansas. This complete interior tenant finish included exterior glass, curtain wall, drywall partitions, ceramic tile and carpet, acoustical ceilings, and fire sprinklers. Seven new rooftop RTU’s were added for HVAC with new steel supports and roof patch work. The project worked 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for approximately 35 days to finish the store for The Legends Grand Opening.
