Scope Of Work
ARA was required to provide the client with a LEED-certified project that involved specialized long lead-time mechanical equipment. The client was seeking LEED credits, so it was important to follow the project specifications exactly to ensure these were received.
ARA worked with the Staples team to complete this LEED-certified project. We fitted out an existing space to suit the Staples business model and construction concept, and helped file the required paperwork/certificates. A LEED bronze certification was achieved.
