Scope Of Work

This project is a multi-phased renovation of a fully occupied middle school in Richmond Virginia, that includes a small addition. The building is receiving improvements to the exterior to include replacement of existing windows and doors, a new entry façade and an architecturally enhanced parapet. Interior improvements include replacement of the mechanical and electrical systems with state of the art, high efficiency systems, reconfiguration of learning areas and administrative space along with all new finishes. The renovations will take place in four phases to allow instructional activities to continue unimpeded.
