Scope Of Work
Construction of a new, 3,530 square foot financial institution with drive-thru canopy. The structure is composed of a steel frame on concrete spread footings with joist and deck roof framing. A single-ply membrane with shingles at mansard roof sections comprises the roof system. The exterior walls are brick upon metal studs.
