Scope Of Work
Branch was the successful low bidder on this attractive new Golf Clubhouse for Magnolia Green Golf Club located in the picturesque Magnolia Green Residential Community. The new Clubhouse facility is approximately 17,738sf and consists of two levels. The first floor consists of main and private dining areas, a commercial kitchen, golf pro shop, administrative offices, locker rooms, and restrooms. The basement level includes golf cart parking, maintenance areas, storage and a laundry room.
