Scope Of Work
Designed by world-renowned architect, Rafael Vinoly, the 68,000 square foot building features a to-scale representation of the United States Senate Chamber. Slabs on the metal decks were combined with JL Marshall’s form work to create the Senate Chamber’s stadium-style seating. The concrete for this project was designed to include pile caps and grade beams covered with a structural slab. The topping slabs on grade were burnt finished and polished. Notable features surrounding the building’s exterior included integral colored concrete sidewalks and an architectural black bridge
