Scope Of Work
This facilities operation was taken over by NORESCO and upgraded with new equipment. Steam is supplied throughout the entire campus.
Accomplishments
Completed the original startup and settings of the four boilers and burners and their ancillary equipment for B&W service group.
Once significant completion was established by controls vendor, took over and completed the I&C and SCADA programming and maintenance.
In 2001, successfully tested and installed an improved oil burner nozzle, resulting in a 45% NOx reduction in emissions.
Performed annual calibrations on all instrumentation, and annual boiler tuning.
