Scope Of Work
SCOPE OF WORK: Luse executed all of the soft demolition and environmental work inside the school in order to ready the facility for a major capital renovation project to be performed by our client. The environmental work included asbestos floor tile removal, lead paint mitigation, exterior window removal with asbestos glazing, and rooftop skylight removal with lead paint.
SUCCESS: This large and difficult project received a number of honors for performance, reinforcing the reliability and high workmanship standards exemplified by Luse as a dependable construction partner.
