Scope Of Work
The new $135 million Consolidated Rental Car facility (ConRAC) is slated to be the flagship project of the City of San Antonio Aviation and CIMS divisions and will serve as a convenient, one-stop central parking and rental car service portal for travelers at the San Antonio International Airport. The facility consists of a 7-story 1,570,316 gross square foot rental car center and a 4-story quick turnaround area (QTA) totaling 232,351 GSF. The project will feature a customer service center with 40,848 SF of conditioned space and 4,500 SF of support offices, multi-level quick turnaround bays with approximately 54 fueling positions, associated car washes, and maintenance bays. The garage will provide effective connections to airport roadway systems, integration with existing parking systems, and provide connecting ramps between terminals for enhanced traffic flow. The project is seeking LEED Silver certification.
