Scope Of Work
Architectural and interior design for a new 3-story Courthouse building with county offices and courtrooms. The 43,000 square foot Courthouse is located directly across from the “old” historic courthouse. The new building was designed to respect the rich architectural heritage of the old courthouse, while providing the county with a “state of the art” facility. The new courthouse provided both County and District courtrooms, and all necessary departments and offices for county government. An additional 8,000 sq. ft. shell space was designed into the third floor for future expansion.
