LEED GOLD! Toyota Sawmill Toyota achieved a LEED Gold certification from the USGBC for the environmental design initiatives incorporated throughout the 58,000 sf facility. The use of captured rain water, highly recyclable materials such as bamboo, energy efficient mechanical units, and programmable lighting systems are among the list of sustainable design decisions.
