The school saw a need to upgrade their existing facility to meet regional and sectional facility requirements needed to host events. Throughout the project, a challenge that the Keller project team was able to help the school with was the site area requiring a certain amount of variance from city to construct facilities partially in setback area of local zoning ordinance requirements. A unique feature to the scope of the project was to include an indoor practice facility large enough for multi-sport, practicing inclement weather.
