Scope Of Work

MSP worked closely with the developer to create a mixed-use community development including single-family homes and multi-family units with mixed commercial uses of office and retail blended with green spaces to create a walkable village setting. MSP provided civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture services that included all green space, open space areas, and entry feature design as well as architectural design for a 3-story medical office building with a 370-car parking garage, which compliments the City of Montgomery’s traditional architectural style. The development also includes retail space and a commercial outlot. The Vintage Club served as the site of 2007 HOMEARAMA©.
