Scope Of Work
Working closely with the developer, MSP created a design to compliment the City of Montgomery’s traditional architectural theme. The 3-story, 103,000 SF medical office building rests on a 322-car parking garage, funded by a TIF. The Christ Hospital Outpatient Center is located within The Vintage Club of Montgomery, which is a mixed-use community that includes single-family homes and multi-family units with mixed commercial uses of office and retail blended with green spaces to create a walkable village setting.
