Scope Of Work

This design-build project involved the design of a 50,000 SF corporate office and warehouse facility for flexi, a German-based dog collar manufacturing company. MSP was asked by developer Schumacher Dugan to provide a creative design in order to help the team win the project. MSP’s initial design concept succeeded by exciting the client and allowing the project to move forward. The final design helps to maintain the company’s brand by being visually consistent with the company’s German facilities. The project also utilizes the economically viable and sustainable solution of Structural Pre-Cast concrete.

The painted Pre-Cast concrete, along with the use of glass, creates a modern and unique design that makes generous use of natural light. MSP provided architectural design of the exterior and interiors, including the lobby, conference room, offices, and warehouse, and worked with the client to make sure the design was optimized to suit the facility’s internal operations. MSP also provided site civil engineering services, as well as coordinated structural engineering services.
