Scope Of Work

Pascack Hills High School is a multi-phased project consisting of additions and alterations to the existing structure. The ?rst phase consisted of renovations to the 5,400 sf cafeteria worth $1 million. Phase II consisted of renovations to the 4,700 sf media center, offices, and general classrooms with a cost of $2.2 million. The third and ?nal phase of construction is worth $11.5 million and consists of a 6,200 sf addition and renovation to the front entrance, a 19,600 sf gymnasium and science lab addition with a trainers room and a ?tness room. The existing gymnasium is also being renovated as well as 9,600 sf of existing Science Labs. Additional services included a new ? re alarm system and new corridor ?nishes.
