Scope Of Work
Sandwiched between the Railroad on two sides and the 101 freeway on the third this 22,000 sq ft warehouse and office building had to conform to the triangular shape of the site. The front of the building contains offices and restrooms on the first floor and an open storage area on the second floor. The triangular rear portion of the building is for warehouse storage and production.
