Scope Of Work
The SeaVenture Hotel is right on the beach in Pismo Beach, California.
It consists of underground parking with the hotel on the upper floors and a restaurant and bar on the third floor overlooking the ocean, Pismo Pier, and a boardwalk along the beach.
Each room has a hot tub on its outside deck and all rooms have an ocean view
