Scope Of Work
This office complex was built on a very difficult hillside surrounded by the 101 freeway on one side, an off ramp on the other, and San Luis Creek on the third side.
The buildings are built on caissons and a new bridge was installed over the creek for access to the site. The project consists of three buildings that almost feel like they are built as a tree house with tremendous views of San Luis Obispo’s downtown area.
