Scope Of Work
Located kitty-corner from Huntington Hospital in Pasadena this neighborhood shopping center is a unique blend of the modern with a historical restorative twist.
The building’s facade on Fair Oaks Avenue is newly constructed. The brick building fronting California Boulevard received a historical facelift and seismic structural modification.
